Estimated shipping delivery times:
From your order being sent, to the arrival of your package, you should estimate around three weeks.
If a birthday or special occasion is coming up, in less than three weeks, don’t risk it.
The fulfilment of your order, when it leaves the depot, is 2-7 working days. Which is 2 – 10 days including weekends. Then your postage will be around a week. It can be your product arrives around seven days after ordering, but there is no guarantee of that.
The shop is only available in the UK for now.
Order never arrived:
If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week’s time, and we will get you a new one. We will need a photo of the damaged item.
If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.
If you’d like a different size, and you received the size you ordered then unfortunately it cannot be changed.

All information collected from you from a purchase, will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Your information will not be shared with any outside company (our printer gets your address, as our printer dispatches your product(s)). Our printer does not share your address.
Your information will only be kept for book keeping (tax) purposes of this business.
