Shipping
How long will my order take?
The printing method used is called Print on Demand (POD). That means when your order goes in to the website, it is automatically sent to the print factory to be printed individually. This process takes about 2-7 business days, which means up to ten days at the factory for fulfilment. There is no way to push things quicker, plus there is around a week in the post. So if it is for a birthday or Xmas that is coming up sharpish, there is no guarantee it will make it on time. Then depending on where you live in the world, you should expect three weeks, before your product(s) arrive. You will receive notification emails during the process.
You might get a nice surprise and it arrives considerably earlier. It has arrived within five days of ordering.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, the products are shipped all over the world. The factory is in Latvia for Europe. Should you order from the US, the printer will use their US factory. Other countries will depend on which factory is closest.
If there are any extra customs or duty issues, they are your own responsibility. (Much like with Amazon etc.)
How much does shipping cost?
It varies on where you live, and which shipping service you choose. You are notified of your cost before you click the final ‘purchase’ button.

Sizing
Where can I find sizing information?
On each product page you will find sizing if applicable. Please follow the measurements carefully to avoid ordering the incorrect size. There is a very detailed chart, as you can’t exchange if you purchase the wrong one.
This is because the printing method is Print on Demand (POD) which means your product is a one off print.
My product doesn’t fit, can I swap it?
I am afraid not. Due to the nature of Print on Demand. Every product is printed to order. If you receive a size you didn’t order, or the order is faulty, then you can swap it.

Don’t dry clean them. Wash inside out, and where possible hang dry.
