Frequently asked questions

Shipping

How long will my order take?

The printing method used is called Print on Demand (POD). That means when your order goes in to the website, it is automatically sent to the print factory to be printed individually. This process takes about 5-7 days. Then depending on where you live in the world, you should expect a couple of weeks after that, before your product(s) arrive. You will receive notification emails during the process.

It could well be three to four weeks before your order arrives.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, the products are shipped all over the world. The factory is in Latvia for Europe. Should you order from the US, the printer will use their US factory. Other countries will depend on which factory is closest.

How much does shipping cost?

It varies on where you live, and which shipping service you choose. You are notified of your cost before you click the final ‘purchase’ button.
Please note that The Dandy Dons is not responsible for any import or customs fees that maybe charged when your product enters your country/state of delivery.

Sizing

Where can I find sizing information?

On each product page you will find sizing if applicable. Please follow the measurements carefully to avoid ordering the incorrect size. There is a very detailed chart, as you can’t exchange if you purchase the wrong one.

This is because the printing method is Print on Demand (POD) which means your product is a one off print.

My product doesn’t fit, can I swap it?

I am afraid not. Due to the nature of Print on Demand. Every product is printed to order. Unless you receive a size you didn’t order, then you can swap it.

Bits and pieces

Is pink for girls?

Aberdeen have two colours. Red and white. Black appears on occasion as an accent. As everyone knows from primary school, you get pink from mixing red with white. Pink is in fact ‘pale red’. Therefor a perfectly acceptable colour for Aberdeen FC merch. Pink is not for girls, it’s for whoever likes pink.
